Capsules
Ambi Pack has several capsule filling machines. In a separated section of our plant, your capsules are being produced under strict quality conditions. Ambi Pack is HACCP and Skal certified and as such well capable of producing high quality nutritional supplements.
The capsule production process can start with blending the product. Before filling the capsules, we can mix the required ingredients in one of our blending machines. Capsules we can fill with either powder or pellets, in vegetarian or gelatin caps. Ambi Pack can also take care of the purchasing of empty capsules.
As a professional co-producer, we own a very complete assortment of equipment for our capsule filling machines. This makes us very flexible and capable of producing the capsules of your requirements. We can adjust our production process to your specific requirements and offer different capsule-types, -colors and -sizes. In addition, Ambi Pack can assist you in packaging your capsules into blister packs or jars.
