GMP
From March 1st 2011 on, Ambi Pack owns its GMP certificate and manufacturing permit for the primarily and secondarily packaging of medicines. For this purpose, we’ve increased our department of quality, educated our employees and thoroughly reconstructed and improved our plant with production facilities.
Primary packaging
Our GMP department is provided with high tech and excellent quality equipment to blister capsules and tablets. Your pharmaceutical blister packs will be processed and controlled fully automatically. We are also certified to fill pharmaceutical capsules and tablets in jars or sachets under GMP conditions.
Secondary packaging
In addition, the Ambi Pack GMP department is provided with several rooms for the secondary packaging of jars, blisters, tubes and syringes. We are certified to package all kinds of pharmaceutical primary packing types into boxes, if required, accompanied by manuals, spoons or other items. Ambi Pack can for example repack GMP products and provide in the packaging for clinical trials.
The entire GMP department is continuously monitored by our QA (Quality Assurance) department. Our quality staff members check all materials, activities, equipment, conditions and the registration made of this. Our other employees play very important roles in the GMP packaging process as well. They have all followed pharmaceutical courses externally and get trainings and new instructions internally on a regularly basis.
