Since March 2005 Ambi Pack has been HACCP certified. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) – criteria are developed to guarantee food safety. However, we work on all our departments according to HACCP standards, in order to secure quality and product safety always.
Part of our HACCP quality system is the identification of critical controlpoints. By pointing out the hazardous steps in the production process and taking measures upfront, the production process becomes controllable. Risks get eliminated or are reduced to an acceptable level.
In the end, our quality is dependant of our people. That’s why our employees all follow courses externally and get HACCP- trainings and new instructions internally on a regularly basis.Download our HACCP certificate (319.0 KB)
